find the quiet peace of growing into your true self

"If you want the moon do not hide from the night

If you want a rose do not run from the thorns

If you want love do not hide from yourself."

Rumi

Counseling means different things to different people, but it starts with a willingness to truly look at yourself. Whether you're seeking more love and companionship, confidence at work or in social settings, harmony in relationship, or tools to feel more present, connected and joyful, counseling can help.

Solivienne Counseling strives to provide a safe, respectful space for clients of all races, genders, ages, religions, identities, orientations, abilities and experiences. Our counselors are passionate about the clients they serve. We strive to match clients with the right counselor by personality and approach.

About Solivienne Counseling

Solivienne Counseling believes people are innately driven to grow and overcome obstacles through the resolution of trauma and other adverse experiences. My focus is to help you overcome barriers and achieve positive outcomes in your journey of growth and self-actualization.

Solivienne Counseling values therapeutic rapport, forging trusted relationships with clients while challenging them to participate in the work required to ensure their own healing. This could entail a willingness to explore your personal history, homework, and push through periods of discomfort and confusion, among other therapeutic work.

Solivienne Counseling strives to offer active listening skills paired with expertise and specialization to deliver the best care and support for clients. Grounded in principles of mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative theory, motivational interviewing, and internal family systems (IFS), I work best with clients interested in achieving a sense of quiet calm and self-confidence while cultivating a truer awareness of themselves.

Solivienne Counseling understands that people seeking counseling support often need help as soon as possible— I don’t want to keep you waiting, so if I do not have availability or don't believe I'm the right fit, I will let you know as soon as possible.
